Position: Teller (Part Time)

Location: Benton (backup coverage for Bryant branch also)

Reports to: Vice President, Market Manager

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service in paying and receiving transactions. Promotes relationship banking by referring customers to appropriate bank representative for loans, investments, insurance, alternative accounts, or other bank products. Operates computer terminal utilizing bank software to process and balance specific transactions accurately. Learns and applies policies and procedures, including changes, updates, and new banking regulations.

Qualifications:
Must successfully complete the MNB Teller Training class. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must have effective interpersonal skills so as to interact positively with coworkers. Professional appearance and flexibility and adaptability in meeting changing business conditions are a plus.

Work Hours:
The Benton branch drive-thru is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday; lobby hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday. Service hours on Saturday are 9:00 AM to 12 noon. Scheduled workdays and hours will depend on workflow.
